We look to the campus administrators to help us determine the scale and kind of support we would need to accomplish the goals as articulated. When we presented the SINAPSE proposal to the Dean of the School of the Arts, Daniel Neuman, he enthusiastically supported the idea and offered space of a suite of four offices and a reception area during the incubation period. The space will be located in the temporary staging buildings where Design | Media Arts will be housed during renovation and new construction. Depending upon whether there is wider campus support, Dean Neuman stated he would be willing to dedicate significant space in the newly renovated Broad Art Center, scheduled to be completed in 2004. Staff and technical support will be necessary in all stages of development.
